The Sales and Marketing Director Will:

• Develop, recommend and implement short- and long-term sales and marketing plans to achieve FYN business objectives for online media sales.  Assist Division Manager in the setting and execution of strategies and objectives for business expansion into new markets and new products.  Oversee the introduction, positioning and pricing of media products in our region.  Recommend and manage sales and marketing operating budgets.  Monitor and control marketing and sales results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of objectives.
• Direct market research to assess current and potential market penetration, identify new markets and new end users for new and existing products.  Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.  Adjust marketing plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Plan and direct advertising and promotional strategies and campaigns to increase industry presence and attract customers.  Identify new and leverage existing marketing tactics, including trade shows, electronic media, and other avenues as available.
• Direct sales forecasting activities to anticipate unique growth opportunities.
• Review and analyze sales performance against targets. Prepare and present sales results and trends to senior management.
