Mrs. Barbara W. Ashe: Obituary

Barbara W. Ashe, age 77, a life-long resident of Dahlonega, GA passed away on June 29, 2016.

Barbara was the daughter of the late William V. “Bud” and Ollie Cochran Wilson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Burt W. Ashe, Dahlonega, GA; daughter, Sharon Ashe, Dawsonville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, J.W. and Betty Wilson, Pine Bluff, NC; and brother, Johnny A. Wilson, Canton, GA. Numerous nieces, nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Barbara are scheduled for 4 PM Friday July 1, 2016 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Tony Howard will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, Dahlonega, GA.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home on Thursday June 30, 2016 from 6 PM to 8 PM and again on Friday July 1, 2016 from 1 PM until time of service.
