Mr. Thomas Jerry Abee: Obituary

Thomas Jerry Abee, age 73, of Dahlonega GA passed away on August 25, 2016.

Jerry was born in Atlanta, GA on October 9, 1942 to the late Roy Howard and Mae Stargel Abee.

Jerry graduated from Marsh Business College and retired as a self-employed realtor and home builder.  He had many interests including collecting pottery, yard selling for old thermometers, working in his yard and traveling with his grandchildren.

Jerry, a loving and devoted husband, father and papa is survived by his wife of 52+ wonderful years, Brenda Fitts Abee; daughter, Kim Abee, Atlanta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Heather Abee, Summerville, GA; grandchildren; Ayden and Ashlin Abee, Summerville, GA; sister, Barbara (Doug) Saxton, Gainesville, GA; and brother, Roy Abee, Jr., Dahlonega, GA.

The family will receive friends on Saturday September 3, 2016 at 1 PM, followed by a Celebration of his life beginning at 3 PM at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Joseph “Bo” Robinson, Rev. Hubert Fitts, and Rev. Douglas Saxton will officiate.
