Mr. Claude Parker Taylor III : Obituary

Claude Parker Taylor III, age 65, of Suches, GA passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 with his family by his side.

Parker lived most of his life in Conyers, GA; but moved to Suches soon after his retirement.

Parker worked for Bellsouth for 32 years. He was a member of the Decatur Sports Club for 35 years and also served as the president of the Rockdale Youth Softball Association for several years from the mid 1990s to the early 2000s.

Parker is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Ruthie Adams Taylor; daughters and son-in-law, Samantha Taylor, Atlanta, GA, Claudia Taylor Black and Adam Black, Conyers, GA; brother, Randy Taylor, Suches, GA; and granddaughters, Kate Trimaldi and Parker Grace Black. He also leaves behind his beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Mikey.

A Memorial Celebration is scheduled for February 25, 2017 from 2-5pm. The celebration will be held at the Union Hall in Covington, GA located at 9215 City Pond Road.
