DAHLONEGA, Ga. – A two-year investigation by the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of Robert Boulineau, 48, of Wrens, Ga. Friday on charges that he molested a 13-year-old Dahlonega girl.
Boulineau, 48, was living in Lumpkin County in 2015 when the incident occurred. The girl was the daughter of his neighbors. She told her parents he molested her and they reported it to Lumpkin County authorities, initiating the investigation.
Boulineau is being held in the White County Detention Center without bond.
