Ms. Kim Palmer, age 53, of Dahlonega, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017.
Kim was born, in Lumpkin County, on March 2, 1964 to the late Eulis and Myrtice Powers Palmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Stanley Mitchell. Kim was a 1982 graduate of Lumpkin County High School. She was a homemaker and a member of Mossy Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Steven Palmer, Dahlonega; sister, Vickie Paden, Murrayville; brother, Charles Palmer, Dahlonega; brother and sister in law, Eddie and Glenda Palmer, Dahlonega; niece, Missy Palmer, Homer; nephews, Eli Lovell, Blairsville; Davey Lovell, Blairsville; Delton Waters, Nathaniel Rogers, Nick Davis, Dustin Lovell, Marcus Lovell, all of Dahlonega.
Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 Noon Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Banister Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Tony Lovell and The Rev. Tommy Ross will officiate. Interment will follow in Mossy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the service time Thursday.
