Doris Arlene Traylor: Obituary

Mrs. Doris Arlene Traylor, age 86, of Dahlonega passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018.

Mrs. Traylor was born in Ball Ground, GA on February 13, 1932 to the late Guy Whelchel and Martha Etta Wilson Davis. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Earl Traylor and daughter Debora Traylor. Mrs. Traylor was an executive house keeper for Ramada Inn. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Traylor was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Survivors include son and daughter in law Tom and Sherrie Traylor, Brunswick; daughter and son in law Judy and Allen Carico, King, NC; 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 PM Saturday, July 14, 2018 in the chapel of Banister Funeral Home. The Reverend Michael Rodgers will officiate. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Jones Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM till the funeral hour Saturday at the funeral home.
