Traffic fatality reported in Lumpkin County today

DAHLONEGA, Ga.. – There was a traffic fatality at 12:02 p.m. today (March 26) at the intersection of Auraria Road and Morrison Moore Parkway.

Units from the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office and Georgia State Patrol were on the scene, along with the Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team.

Identification of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
