LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. — Two adults and one juvenile were arrested following a domestic disturbance on Joyce Lane in Dahlonega on Sept. 20.
Cain Ramses Almeida, 26, and Bayley Almeida, 27, were charged with obstruction of officers and the 17-year-old juvenile was charged with obstruction and terroristic threats.
According to the incident report, deputies could hear an argument going on in a back bedroom of the house and attempted to enter. Bayley told deputies there was a man with an open wound in the room, but refused to allow the officers to enter. She was then handcuffed and placed in a patrol car.
The injured man, Cain Almeida, had been bitten on the arm but refused to press charges. He then allegedly became belligerent and started chest bumping deputies and was also arrested.
