Pine Tree Intersection Improvements Complete

The Pine Tree intersection improvement project is complete. With this week’s installation of the last of the striping, the work was completed just in time for school to start next week. We are grateful to the Georgia Department of Transportation for doing all the signal work at no cost to the county, which was an enormous savings. We’ll all need to get used to the increased traffic in this area, but the intersection improvements should be a big help. No matter which school area you need to drive through next week, just remember to slow down.
