LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. – The precincts in Lumpkin are now all reporting. The election results are as follows:
Sheriff – Stacy Jarrard, the incumbent, has won with 85.06% of the vote, beating his opponent Matthew Cook, who earned 14.94% of the vote.
County Commission Chairperson – Chris Dockery, the incumbent, won with 76.36% of the vote. He beat his opponent, Steve Shaw, who won 23.64% of the vote.
County Commissioner District 2 – Bobby Mayfield has won with 69.11% of the vote.
Other county seats in Lumpkin County ran unopposed.
