24 UNG Student-Athletes Honored on PBC Fall Sports All-Academic Teams

AUGUSTA, GA. The University of North Georgia had 24 student-athletes from fall sports honored by the Peach Belt Conference in their respective sport’s All-Academic Team. The Nighthawks men’s soccer program led the way with 10 All-Academic selections. The cross country and women’s soccer teams each had seven honorees.
To be eligible for the All-Academic team, a student-athlete must participate in at least half of his/her team’s events and be either a starter or significant contributor; achieved a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and have completed at least one full academic year at his or her current institution and has reached sophomore athletic eligibility. The Peach Belt Conference Sports Information Directors oversee the program.
