Evelyn Louise Riddle: Obituary

Evelyn Louise Riddle, age 86, of Dahlonega, GA passed away April 20, 2016.

Evelyn was born October 20, 1929. She was a homemaker and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Lumpkin County.

Evelyn was the daughter of the late Grayson and Louise Grizzle and was also preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Robert Riddle; son, Robert Lloyd Riddle; and brother, Franklin Grizzle.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie Riddle, Dahlonega, GA, Stevie and Robin Riddle, Dahlonega, GA, Grover Riddle, Dahlonega, GA, Larry Riddle, Dahlonega, GA, Raymond and Priscilla Riddle, Gainesville, GA, Jacky Riddle, Texas; Daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Frank Brackett, Dahlonega, GA, Sue and Lewis Davis, Dahlonega, GA, Cheryl and Gene Odom, Dahlonega, GA, Melissa Summersett, Dahlonega, GA; Ann and Clyde Wilson, Dawsonville, GA, Bobbie Patrick, Belvedere, SC, Brittany and Mitch Frady, Dahlonega, GA; sisters, Eleanor Powell, Dahlonega, GA, Alice Hopewell, Baltimore, MD, Judy Gray, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, John and Minnie Lou Grizzle, Dahlonega, GA. Numerous grandkids, great grandkids, and greatgreatgrandkids also survive.

Funeral services for Evelyn are scheduled for 2 PM Saturday April 23, 2016 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Scotty Brown will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Bethlehem-Jones Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home on Friday April 22, 2016 from 2 PM until 9 PM and again on Saturday from 10 AM until time of service.
