Mrs. Ruby Gibson Truelove: Obituary

Mrs. Ruby Gibson Truelove, age 85, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017.

Ruby was a native and lifelong resident of Lumpkin County, GA. She retired from the Mohawk Pinetree Plant in Dahlonega. Ruby was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

Ruby was the daughter of the late Elisha and Marcella Crane Gibson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Harold Truelove; son, Gary Truelove; sister, Idell Helton; and brother, Henry Gibson.

Mrs. Truelove is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Chrylene and Robert Berry, Jesup, GA, Lola Anne Walker, Dahlonega, GA; son, Stevie Truelove, Dahlonega, GA; sister, Nellie Derrick, Lawrenceville, GA. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Ruby are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Interment will follow in the Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Monday July 10, 2017 from 4 PM until 9 PM.
