Anita Milam Patterson of Dahlonega Georgia passed away September 14 at her home. Anita is survived by Richard Lowry; her two daughters, Lori Pacheco and Michelle Dixon; and her sister, Linda Stevens. Anita was a retired school teacher from Lumpkin County High School. She attended Dahlonega Baptist Church.
She is also survived by three grandchildren, Drew (Diana), Dustin and Brittany Pacheco; and three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Elijah and Libby Pacheco.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Renita Patterson.
Services will be held at Dahlonega Funeral Home on September 23 at 2:00 preceded by visitation from 12:00-2:00. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215 or online at diabetes.org.
