Betty Jo (Bryant) Satterfield, age 79, of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019.She was of Seventh Day Adventist faith. Funeral service will be 2pm Sunday, January 6, 2019 in the Chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home. Dr. Roger Mace and Rev. David Ryder officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dahlonega. Mrs. Satterfield was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Mellie (Chastain) Bryant ; brothers Homer Bryant and Arthur Bryant. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Wendell Satterfield; children Melanie (George) Graves; Kay Farmer; Wendy (Tim) Smith; twin sister Billie Jean “Jackie” Gayken; grandchildren Grant (Riley) Graves; Brittany (Billy) Saunders; Trey Farmer; Caitlyn (Corey) Knight; Hunter Smith; and five great granddaughters. Betty Jo was of the Seventh Day Adventist Faith.
