Lumpkin Co. authorities looking for robbery suspect


LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. – The Dollar General on Hwy. 60 in Lumpkin County was robbed Sunday at approximately 8:47 p.m. In a Facebook post, Sheriff Stacy Jarrard asked the public to be on the lookout for a suspect he believes to be armed and dangerous.

Jarrard said the white male suspect is believed to be in his mid-20s to early 30s. He has a large four-leaf clover tattoo on his bicep and was last seen wearing a dark in color shirt with the words “I’m So Fly,” blue jeans and a khaki baseball hat.

No one was injured in the robbery.
