Amending Site Plans for The Summit on Agenda for City

DAHLONEGA, Ga.- The City Council will take action on amending existing PUD site plans for The Summitt on Phase 3 and Phase 1b at the meeting on Monday, Dec. 6 at 6:00 p.m.

The city will also take action on annexing parcel 078-004 into the City. They will also vote to ratify the election results.

The old business that the council will address is the renewal of alcoholic beverage licenses D, E, and F, the 2022 meeting dates, intergovernmental service agreement, and annual asphalt improvements. The new business 2022 agreement for tourism development services, Head house bid award, and Water main extension SR 9.
