Perdue, Black, Howard speak at Lumpkin County event

LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. — The Lumpkin County Republican Party hosted an event featuring David Perdue, Gary Black, and J. Gregory Howard as guest speakers. All three speakers took the opportunity to share their campaign platforms with the Lumpkin Republicans, who are preparing for a primary in May.

During the 2020 General Election, former Republican Sen. David Perdue failed to reach a plurality of votes in his re-election bid. The resulting run-off led to a election that gained nation-wide attention, leading Democrats to a senate majority. Perdue is now one of five Georgians hoping to become the Republican gubernatorial candidate. He spoke at the Lumpkin County event on Thursday evening, addressing several campaign issues.
“They’re tired. They’re tired of their voice not being heard, they’re tired of being taken advantage, and they’re tired of our Republican leaders, guys, not fighting for us,” Perdue began, “I’m in this race for one reason: I want a Republican conservative in the White House in 2024 to stop this madness.” Perdue emphasized the importance of Georgia’s election outcomes, and said holding off Stacey Abrams, the likely Democrat candidate for governor, is critical to ensuring Republican victories nationwide.
“I don’t have to do this, neither do you. I’m doing this for these kids in the back, and my grandkids, and their grandkids in turn. 13 dead soldiers, runaway inflation, $5 a gallon gasoline, the brink of war, 2 million immigrants, guys that all started right here in Georgia,” Perdue told the audience.
Perdue didn’t shy away from criticizing the incumbent Republican, Gov. Brian Kemp while speaking. He suggested Kemp only delivered on key issues because of Perdue’s support for them, including constitutional carry. “We saw our governor cave in to Stacey Abrams and George Soros within a year, and now we’re reaping the whirlwind in D.C.”
Perdue also claimed that he lost his re-election bid due to an onslaught of illegality, “Yes, it was stolen guys, don’t make any mistake about that.” He shared his desires to ensure election security, one of Perdue’s main campaign issues. “I want an election law enforcement agency solely dedicated to enforcing election law. We have not done that in the state of Georgia.” Along with that, he told the audience he would strengthen election integrity with more audits and by getting rid of voting machines.
In closing, Perdue touched on several other key topics for Republican voters, including his support for the elimination of Georgia’s state income tax, increasing parent involvement in education, and controlling drug and immigration issues.
Gary Black
Gary Black also spoke at the event.
Gary Black, the current Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture, also spoke at the event. Black is one of six names that will be on the Republican primary ballot. The republican candidate will then face Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock in November. Black’s largest challenger, Herschel Walker, has been endorsed by former President Donald Trump. Black directly called out Walker during the event, emphasizing his own experience and willingness to “show up.”
“Winning this election, restoring Republican leadership in the United States Senate is vital, I believe, to the security of our country, the security of our homes and our families, the security of our economy. I also believe that our security has been compromised ” Black said. He called immigration rates and inflation disastrous problems, blaming President Biden and the Democrats in Congress. Black also called his potential challenger, Warnock, “nothing but a rubber stamp for all their actions ever since the day he took office.”
Black discussed immigration, noting that he had recently returned from a second trip to the U.S. border. “The invasion that we’re facing right now is actually the number one threat to the future of this republic,” Black said before citing recent border apprehensions that number in the 800 thousands. He spoke against the drugs, terror, and debt bondage that he believes are being brought across the border.
Black disparaged the Democrats’ solutions to immigration issues: “They have no solution … I do have a solution. We should build it, we should equip it, and we should staff it. We must finish this wall.” Black also said that he wants Georgia National Guard members home, “163 of them now are serving on the border anywhere from California to Texas. I want them home because I want the federal government to do its job.” Along with further investment in border patrol, Black said he wants to designate Mexican cartels as terrorist organizations and help lead the effort to withhold aid to countries who don’t control immigration at their own borders.
He also touched on the “Biden-Warnock inflation formula,” that Black said is eroding the power of the American economy: “We’re paying more for food, fuel, fertilizer, consumer products, building materials.” Black said his solution is to cut it, cap it, and drill it, referring to his platform that the U.S. Government should cut spending, cap the amount of regulations, and work towards energy independence. Black also said he would lead the effort to restart the Keystone XL Pipeline project.
Black then turned directly to one of his competitors, “Herschel Walker is ignoring the voters … I think it’s a travesty.” He told the audience: “I’ve made tough budget choices. I’ve answered when Georgia has called. I have delivered historic disaster relief in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. I know our … transportation systems, our budget systems. I have the experience. I have the leadership and the decision making capability to represent you,” drawing a comparison between his own record with Walker’s.
J. Gregory Howard
Attendees at the event also heard from J. Gregory Howard, who is running to be a U.S. House Representative for the Ninth Congressional District. Howard largely spoke about his conservative activism and desire to educate Georgia citizens on their rights and how to fight for them.
Howard introduced himself by noting his extensive conservative activism: “I used to do a show that’s called The News and Views with Gregory Howard, and I was the follow up to Sean Hannity on Saturday and Rush Limbaugh on Sunday.” He listed his accomplishments as a leader and member of several political groups, including being recognized by the NRA as the top legislative activist in the country.

Howard’s most recent activism has a heavy influence on his campaign. “One of my other big priorities is how do I help empower you to fix these problems.” He shared his experience with his current fight towards “getting citizen access to the grand jury re-established. That is your right, to redress your grievances with government, and to go to the grand jury and make what’s called a presentment.”
Howard explained that he has had a preliminary meeting with a Georgia grand jury where he and his colleagues “are making two presentments to them. One is for the reestablishment of your right to approach a grand jury without interference from any elected officer or appointed officer.” “The second one,” he said, “is I’m presenting a presentment on behalf of Voter Georgia, and we’re calling them as witnesses, and all were asking is that all the evidence that they have gathered be reviewed by a grand jury.”
“Folks, this is what I do,” Howard closed, referencing his political activism. Stressing the importance of his work, he told the audience “It’s how you can stop the school board from enacting woke policies. It’s how you can change things with the city council, your county commission. And it’s your right to do this, and that’s what I’m running for, is to help empower you.”

As Lieutenant Governor, I will work to advance the President’s America First agenda and continue to grow our economy, improve our schools, secure our elections, and keep Georgia safe. Vernon Jones launches campaign for governor

ATLANTA – Former State Representative Vernon Jones announced his intentions to run for Georgia Governor on Friday, April 16 at Liberty Park next to the Georgia State Capitol.
“This is the beginning of a movement whose time has come,” Jones opened. “For those of you who feel the incumbent Governor didn’t fight for you, a new day has dawned.”
Focused on looking past differences of North and South Georgia, race, or class, Jones pledged to bring opportunities for everyone.
He promised election integrity, school choice, support for law enforcement, driving crime out of Atlanta, comprehensive economic plan, natural resource preservation, and creating one Georgia.
Jones a vocal critic of Governor Brian Kemp recently became a Republican, perhaps just to primary Kemp. Previously, Jones denounced the Democrat Party but stated he had no plans of changing Parties. He’s a strong Trump supporter as well.
“Even sitting on the back of the truck won’t change it,” Jones remarked about Kemp’s attempts to rehabilitate his image among some Republicans.
By signing SB 202, Kemp’s appeared to win back some support from disillusioned Republican voters. It’s unclear to what extent in rural Georgia.
Jones added SB 202 didn’t address the issue of changing the election system, but he didn’t elaborate on the needed changes.
Trump’s continued to criticize Georgia elected officials including Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for not supporting his efforts to overturn 2020 election results. The former President promised to haunt these individuals during their 2022 reelection efforts.
So far, he’s made good on his promise, Representative Jody Hice (R-10) announced his intentions to run for Secretary of State and within hours Trump endorsed him. Trump’s floated ideas about those who should run for governor and senator in Georgia.
“Our country and our army are going to be inclusive regardless of race, gender, or orientation. We are building an army. The establishment and outlets are going to come after me. Matter of fact, they already are and you know why? It’s because they know the governor can’t beat Stacey Abrams and they know Stacey Abrams can’t beat Vernon Jones,” the former representative commented while using Trump’s attack the media and fiery rhetoric tactics.
Jones has recently spent several weekends in Mar-a-Lago and told the crowd that he sends his regards.
Jones will have for his time as a Democrat to Republican voters even though he used to describe himself as a “conservative Democrat.”
At his campaign launch, Jones said, “I didn’t leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party left me.” He continued to talk about his faith-based, hard work, and less government driven values.
He stated that Democrats have two crows “Joe and Jim,” and they have “hijacked” the Civil Rights Movement for political gain and money. Stacey Abrams in his book is “the wicked witch of the south.”
Earlier this week, he asked that Georgian’s show him the same courtesy that they did to former Governors Sonny Perdue and Nathan Deal who also switched Parties. The last Democrat governor in Georgia was Roy Barnes in 1999.
Does the Cost of Staying in Power Include China?

Americans are in a quandary. Is it even possible to consider Obama’s shadow idiot, China Joe
Biden to be our next president? Exactly! Nobody does not even the Marxist Democrat Party or
their propaganda arm, the main stream media. Presumably, China Joe is now the presidential
pretender-elect, unless God strikes through the upcoming congressional electors process which
does provide a route that invalidates China Joe Biden’s stolen election. It’s possible!
If the electoral certification vote by the Congress is challenged by any one Congressman and
one Senator, and the process proceeds according to the Constitution and states electors throw
the suspected electoral votes into Trumps column, then Abraham Lincoln’s words ring loudly
from the past as truths today:
“We the people are the rightful masters of both the Congress and the courts, not to
overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who would pervert the Constitution”
For career politicians like Joe, nothing apparently, is easier to do than loot the US treasury to
buy and sell favors, offer bribes, bail out dysfunctional Blue City and State governments who
have looted their own treasury’s to buy and sell votes to stay in power. China Joe alone
occupies the role as the patron saint of mediocracy! With his mediocrity, protected by his status
and position, comes the elitism that makes him and those like him, feel safe engaging in their
self-enrichment. If his voters cared they wouldn’t have re-elected him for over forty years as
their Senator, would they?
China Joe Biden convicted himself with his casual remarks bragging about how he got a
Ukrainian prosecutor fired for not dropping his investigation into a corrupt energy company
(Burisma) investigation that compan’s corruption that included his son Hunter Biden, a
treasured, valued and important contributing member of the Burisma Board.
Mediocrity must be a family trait. Hunter opened the door to his and his dad’s potential
destruction by failing to redeem a laptop computer from a repair shop that contained enough
implicating, criminal material to even convict the “Statue of Liberty!”
Then came the entangling web of China, a $1.5 billion dollar contract to Hunter Biden because
his lawyering skills were so in demand by a Chinese company. Apparently the IRS and the FBI
have long had Hunter Biden in their sites but the democrat propaganda machine of the Marxist
Democrat Party, completely shut the stories down. “Nothing to see here” except to see another
application of the Democrats standard denial model: “Admit nothing, deny everything and blame
somebody else.” Actually a lame attempt was made to blame…Trump! Hahaha!
China has flooded America with spy’s under Obama and Biden’s watch. They came as students,
scientists, educators, board member of American companies they’re invested in and "Honey
Tarts” seeking the sexual favors of really corrupt and stupid politicians. “Oh, I lub you bery
much, you so good!" Who could resist that come on?
The Democrat plan to rearrange the deck chairs on their Titanic has started. The media is now
going all in against Hunter Biden. It would have taken down China Joe before the election but
now, it’s an exercise in a power grab by the radicals that will leave the door open to Commie
Harris. China has a great investment in America’s failure. It’s their destiny to rule the world, they

Dear President Trump,
I’ve been a loyal supporter since you earned the Republican nomination for President! I fought for you on social media, through letters to news outlets, and at the ballot box! I’m a 71 year old retired teacher from the state of GA! I’ve been a life long Republican, never missed voting in an election, and, other than Reagan, have never respected, never defended, never adored a President as much as I have you! You have truly been THE President of my lifetime, achieved more in a short period of time, upheld your promises and actually did make this country GREAT AGAIN, especially after the debacle we lived through for 8 years under the Obama Administration. Obama could have been a great President….he actually could have made this country better for minorites, especially blacks! Instead, he divided us across every demographic in this country: white vs. black; rich vs. poor; men vs. woman; Muslim vs. Christian; etc. He was the ultimate “Divider-in-Chief”!
You, sir, were the answer to our prayers! You’ve fought for us under the most horrendous of circumstances! I’m not sure how you had the strengh and courage to face the hatred of Democrats, media, never-Trumpers every day and still accomplished what you did! You’ve shown us how to love this country, how to be patriots, how to defend our very freedoms! That will be gone if Biden should prevail! Joe Biden is an empty suit being run by a Progressive cabal! He will never be able to make a decision-he doesn’t now!
Please, Mr. President, don’t give up this fight! We can’t afford to turn our children and grandchildren over to a fake Biden Administration that will be run by the likes of ignorant AOC, hateful Nancy Pelosi, Communist Bernie Sanders, spiteful Chuck Schumer-the list goes on. These are the people now pulling Biden’s puppet strings! These are the people trying to steal this election from the legitimate voters in this country! These are the people who want to take away our 1st and 2nd amendment rights! These are the people who, instead of thanking GOD for this country, want to tear it down! We have to fight! There is no doubt in the minds of millions, many millions, that YOU are the legitimately elected President for a second term-NOTHING (pre-election or election night) about calling Biden the President-elect adds up! Short Takes – Who Knows What Evil Lurks in the Hearts of Man?

Somehow the explosive revelations implicating the Biden Clan in consorting with our Chinese enemies and Ukrainian Oligarchs, simply to enrich their own family coffers, all ignored by the main stream media, the Democrats propaganda machine, apart from the exposure of pure avarice and reckless deep state criminality, opens up other interesting questions.
Laughingly, the term “Big Guy” apparently meant to be Joe Biden, Vice-President under Barak Obama and father of the terms author, Hunter Biden, comes off as a bigger scoundrel than the simple appellations of “Sleepy Joe,” or “Plugs” would suggest. Is Joe acting? He’s already wealthy beyond his wildest expectations serving forty-seven years as a deep state politician. Is he taking one for the team to get Kamala Harris in place to complete Obama’s fundamental change of America? Looks like it! After all, Joe is getting old, feeble and can probably count the years he has left on one hand, win or lose.
But, is Joe Biden the “Big Guy,” really the “Kingfish” of a sinister crime family? Hummn? By all appearances it would seem so! The Mafia has nothing on this guy’s ‘white collar’ money making skills except the Mafia has cooler names like “Dons, Godfather, Capo’s and best of all, Capo de tutti Capo!” If Joe had even a smidgen of Italian blood in his veins he’d be in prison by now.
The Mafia was thoroughly compromised by years of FBI wire tapes, intercepts and snitches. That raises the question, how much have they collected on Sleepy Joe over the years? Like the “Shadow” of crime fighting radio fame years ago, listeners were reminded “The weed of Crime bears bitter fruit. Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow does.” So did the FBI, once! J. Edgar Hoover saw to that because he knew what avarice made of fresh bright-eyed politician’s in the Washington DC Swamp. Hoover kept secret records of every politician who left him a trail. He knew their schemes, their paramours, their travels and their secret associates and when a politician was going astray, he quietly brought their activities to a close.
In the 1940s and after, Hoovers FBI were also looking for spies, Germans, then later Soviets, including American politicians and government workers like Alger Hiss. Today’s FBI it would seem, by the almost forgotten evidence of the failed coup attempt against President Trump, no longer keeps a close eye on errant politicians but seem to have realigned their talents to protect those evil politicians, like Hillary Clinton, by justifying her crimes because she lacked intent.
A lost laptop filled with compromising evidence implicating Biden’s family cabal, has apparently been in the FBI’s hands since December 2019. That fact is now common knowledge. What have they been doing with it? One hopes they found in it a treasure trove of Biden’s criminal bribery and money laundering schemes, a sure fire way to derail Biden’s run for President; or leads that compromise Chinese (CCP) espionage activities. In any event, that wasn’t their intent because the election is upon us and Democrat Politicians will scream foul calling it another Russian plot to affect the 2020 election to support Trump.
Well, yes, we certainly hope so! Now, comes a former associate of Hunter Biden with physical evidence and testimony further implicating the former VP as deeply involved in promoting bribery, money laundering and favoritism to the Chinese Communist Party. Will the witness survive? Will Joe’s activities count as espionage? Will we see arrests made? Will we see justice? Don’t count on it! If the Democrats win this election, this thing will go away, for ever!

Vernon Jones speaks on Trump Rally and crowdsurfing

Fresh off his weekend and an event where he “crowd-surfed” to a young man in a wheelchair because he wanted a picture, Georgia State Representative, Vernon Jones (D) says, “Let me be clear about one thing. I’m committed to this President. I believe in this President. I took a leap of faith and I believed in that crowd and that crowd caught me.”
This was not Jones’ first event in support of President Donald Trump either. He is campaigning for the President in the current elections saying that he is a life-long Democrat, but he would not vote for Joe Biden.
Comparing the two, Jones said that Biden has destroyed black men and women through mass incarceration. He has a record of doing nothing whereas Trump has produced results like the First Step Act restoring families.
Focusing on business and the economy, Jones listed several things as accomplishments in Trump’s Presidency like correcting trade agreements to a fair agreement for America, grew the economy evidenced by businesses expanding and job growth, increased pay for those in military service, and supported historical black college funding.
Jones said, “He has done more in the past 47 months than Joe Biden has done in the past 47 years.”
He added that people are being shamed for supporting Trump by the media and others as they are being portrayed as racists and bigots. But these people are just people. People who don’t care what color you are, people who just love their country.
Many Democrats are turning in support of the President and for himself, according to Jones, because they see the craziness in their own party, the anger in their own party, and the violence in their own party.
Jones referenced the incident over the weekend of a Trump supporter who was attacked and lost two teeth in the beating he took. He said this is the game that these liberals are playing. They are trying to incite fear through violence, fear through the pandemic, and fear through the media.
In full support of Trump, he said in an interview that the President is the best hope in support of our first and second amendment rights. He later added that voting for Biden isn’t even a vote for Biden as president. “He wouldn’t be the president, it would be Kamala Harris,” he said.
He added that she would be even scarier.

Going down the ballot from Trump, Jones also showed his support for Doug Collins and the work he has already done for Georgia as a Representative for the 9th Congressional District. While he didn’t specifically comment on Loeffler, he did say that Warnock was the wrong choice saying, “… it’s a vote for our civil liberties to be lost. It’s a vote for illegal immigration. It’s a vote for taking away the tax cut. He is dangerous.”
However, he didn’t stay long with this race and returned again to the Presidential Election and its importance as he said he was going to continue supporting and campaigning for Trump through his birthday even, October 31. He said that despite the polls, he wants Georgia to be all for the president in his re-election. Especially since the opposition has the major media supporting and propping up Biden’s campaign.
Jones pointed to the media and incidents with Biden meeting with Russian officials. He asks why none of them are asking Biden about it and why he or anyone in his campaign wouldn’t denounce the allegations or answer the questions.
With more events coming and debates on the way, Jones said he is looking to continue campaigning hard as he stands behind his words and endorsements.
It was a common theme during his statements. Constantly focused on the election, on Trump, and on the future of America. Many other stories are focused on his crowd surfing and the meaning or consequences of that day.
Jones stated in the video, “Show me the next crowd. I’ll do the same thing.”
Short Takes – Two Weeks

Americans have been conned by the outrageous lies of Democrats. Within two weeks America will know if it will remain the beacon of hope for all people or will we slide into the abyss of third world violence, totalitarism and slavery. True Americans are not going to allow Democrats with their mail in ballot schemes to ruin our country. Americans will not accept demented Joe Biden who would soon die, leaving Marxist Kamala Harris as President. No one wanted her!
Americas accepted values of civility were inexorably altered in Minneapolis, Mn, when Floyd George, a black two-bit thief, robber, fraudster and drug user, died at police hands while being arrested for passing a counterfeit twenty. Democrats saw an opportunity and went crazy elevating this thug to Saintly status, eulogizing his worthless life in funerals in three different cities. The “pity show” for poor Floyd George went on for days and gullible Americans, thinking they could assuage their whiteness, sent in thousands of dollars to a cadre of Marxist revolutionaries, mostly white morons, whose aim is to overthrow the United States of America and replace it with fascism.
What happens then? Fascism of course! We’ve already experienced multiple robberies and street violence to show respect and deep grief for the unlamented George. Violence swept the US and then went world wide into a planed and coordinated attack against western values. Nobody was left untouched. Black as well as white businesses were looted and burned, counter protests were quickly shut down with violence by Antifa’s, Police ordered to stand down and streets cordoned off from fire and medical aid and, the murders of eighty-nine policemen.
The most useless presidential candidate ever to take the field, Joe Biden, fell to his knees and wept. Whose got a violin? I’ll turn the weepy pages. So did the wicked old lady of the House, and her silly looking cohorts of Progressive sympathizers, wearing bits of African cloth around their necks, presumably to show solidarity with poor George Floyd. All lies!
Americans are beyond reasoning with these people. They lie! It’s in their DNA and they cannot stop themselves. They are products of the teachings of now long dead Socialists like John Dewey, Betty Friedan. William James, Alfred Kinsey, Aldous Huxley Benjamin Bloom, B.F. Skinner, Karl Marx, John Maynard Keynes, Saul Alinsky, Sigmund Freud, Margaret Sanger, Roger Baldwin and many others whose wicked philosophies are borne out on our streets today.
Joe Biden is a cannon ball on a pitching deck for Democrats. Even with a Teleprompter and aides standing at his elbow, he can’t get it right. He refuses to answer questions about his son, Hunter Biden’s wealthy involvement with both the Ukraine and China; denies having even consulted with Hunter on any of these issues and even in the face of irrefutable evidence, denies any wrong doing.

Chester Doles speaks on the Proud Boys and Antifa

A 5th-Generation born into the KKK. He later denounced the organization and moved on. Chester Doles said, “It comes with maturity, growing, getting to know people, and finding common ground with some of the greatest people across all lines of color.”
Because of his past, Doles says he often gets named or called when media needs a “boogeyman” to blame things on. But today, he says his organizations works towards things like saving the National Anthem, saving the Pledge of Allegiance, and fighting the rise of socialism. These are the political goals that Doles says he holds now.
Those monikers of white supremacy and racist are not correct according to Doles who says the articles and the attacks are just a part of a premeditated narrative, a “dog-whistle” for the public to focus on this boogeyman, this labeled enemy.
Instead, the platforms of constitutionalism and patriotism are the foundations that pushed Doles to found the American Patriots USA. An organization that Doles says supports and brings together those who are constitutionalists. An organization that he notes is based into that political ideal and welcomes all people who share in its beliefs.
Commenting on the recent debate between Trump and Biden, Doles said the Proud Boys suffers similar attacks as he does, being called white-supremacists. But he says he has met many of those who are a part of the Proud Boys group and many have been Hispanic, Black, White, and other races and that these people are proud to stand and defend America.
He compared a villainizing of the Proud Boys to the free pass that Biden gives to Antifa. Pointing to Biden’s comments on Antifa being “an idea, not an organization” as the real issue. Doles said, “We have watched them burn our churches, our businesses, assault hundreds and hundreds of police officers. Children have been shot in the head by Antifa and BLM. And they’re just an idea?”
Attending a memorial service for Aaron “Jay” Danielson, where members of the Proud Boys were attending, Doles said it was Antifa who ran over one of the members, crippling him. He said, “Antifa and BLM are running around in wolf packs, out there in the Northwest, looking for targets.”
Since the political debate, many have attacked Trump about the Proud Boys and his comments. Doles questioned where the comments and questions are for Biden sweeping the Antifa riots under the rug as an “idea.”
Doles reiterated that the push for this has come from the media’s narrative and blame for patriots like himself. He said he is the one who has denounced the ways that he used to follow, sharing a story of going to DeKalb County to an all-black church. He also noted that Josie Cruz was there as well. He explains that he went to this church because he wasn’t welcome in many of the churches in his own county. Instead, he visits this church, stands in front of the congregation, and explains his past. Then asked for forgiveness.
Doles again said he has denounced racism and wants to proudly protect America with other patriots. That is how his organization is attempting to help.
One of the major goals that Doles said his group is pursuing, is informing the public and seeking to have Antifa declared a domestic terrorist organization. Referencing the memorial service and many other issues in the Northwest, he states, “You better be prepared to defend yourself. You don’t have to look for trouble… The left is looking for the right out there.”
Doles warns the public that it is on the move as well, stating that the organization is already in Georgia.

Wilkinson campaign for U.S. Congress focused on Georgia’s agribusiness

ELLIJAY, Ga. – State Senator John Wilkinson (R-Toccoa) understands the importance of agriculture and agribusiness to the state of Georgia so it’s no surprise he has based his campaign for Ninth District Congress on his knowledge of and service to that industry.
A graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in Agriculture and Education, Wilkinson was a guest on FYNTVCOM’s Good Morning From the Office on Thursday (June 4).
“If you really look at America and what makes us great, one of the reasons we’re great is we have the most abundant food, the safest food at the lowest price in the world,” he said. “That makes a big difference. I heard someone say one time, ‘we couldn’t have planned a space shot and a moon walk if the people planning it had been concerned about where their next meal was coming from.’”
Wilkinson was raised on a farm in Stephens County. He has experience as a classroom teacher and served on the State Agricultural Education staff for 26 years. He has served as State Advisor to the Georgia Future Farmers of America Association, as well as the Georgia Young Farmer Association. He was recognized as the Outstanding Member of the National Association of Supervisors of Agricultural Education in 2006.
“Agriculture, agribusiness is the biggest business in our state,” Wilkins told host Brian Pritchard. “It has a $72 billion impact on our economy. A lot of people think agriculture is focused in south Georgia. Peanuts and cotton and those kind of things are but out of that $72 billion, $32 billion of it is from the poultry industry and the poultry industry is concentrated in north Georgia in my senate district. Sen. District 50 for instance, four of those counties are in the top 10 in Georgia in farm income.”
About one of every seven jobs in Georgia is directly linked to agriculture. “So, for Georgia to remain strong, for our country to remain strong, we’ve got to continue to be a leader in food production,” he said.
Wilkinson has strong ties to U.S. Agriculture Secretary and former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue.
“I’ve known Secretary Perdue since he was a state senator from Houston County. When I began this campaign — when you could still get on an airplane in Atlanta and fly — I visited with Sect. Perdue in his office in D.C.,” he said.
In 2016, then presidential candidate Donald Trump asked Wilkinson, Perdue and State Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black to serve on an agriculture and rural America advisory committee if he was elected.
Said Wilkinson, “I have served in that capacity with President Trump since that time. So I feel like my background in the industry of agriculture is beneficial to me and I think it will be a benefit to constituents in the Ninth District.”
Asked about the current racial tension following the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minnesota police and the riots and protests that have followed, Wilkinson said, “I think it was very much a tragedy that turned my stomach to see the video and to think that could happen. Obviously, that was a tragedy and I don’t think any reasonable person can be happy with that. I don’t think we can just sit by and not take action. I think we have to be proactive. I think there are a lot of good people from all races and all nationalities in our country.”
But, he said Americans should not lose sight of the fact that they live in the greatest country in the world. “If we travel to other countries and look at how they handle protests and those things, we realize how blessed we are to live in America.”
He added that one of the greatest rights people have is the right to peacefully assembly and protest something they believe is not right. But, he, added, “The people who have come in with nightfall with violence and with guns and taken innocent lives of all races and done those kinds of things. I don’t think we can afford to tolerate that kind of activity.”
In closing, Wilkinson said, “You can tell a lot about a person by how the people they have grown up with and known all their life feel about them. Every race I’ve run in my home county, I’ve always gotten over 80 percent of the vote.”

LCHS announces upcoming REACH Adult Field Day event

DAHLONEGA, GA
Leadership Lumpkin Class of 2019 and Lumpkin County High School will host the second annual REACH Adult Field Day event on March 28, 2020.
Leadership Lumpkin Class of 2019, partnered with Lumpkin County Schools, hosts the event and according to LLC’s social media page, “The mission of the Leadership Lumpkin County Class of 2019 is to have an indelible and positive impact on the Lumpkin County community by advancing the post-secondary educational opportunities for these local students…We believe that by seeking collaboration with local businesses, community members, and sponsors, we will have a progressive impact on the future of our children. held each year to raise money in order to help underprivileged Lumpkin County students excel academically and reach their future goals.”
Last year, over 53% of LC students received free or reduced lunches, 150 students were homeless, and Lumpkin County had approximately 25% of their students receive a college or technical college post-secondary education. Instinctively Knowing Nonsense When We See It

I think everybody instinctively knows just how valuable the “Four Horsewomen of the Apocalypse” have become to Donald Trumps re-election. Of the four, two are undeniably and admittedly strong adherents of Islam, meaning they have ulterior motives for wanting to trash and fundamentally change America. They want America as an Islamic Caliphate obedient to Shariah law, dictated to by Islamic Iman’s. There can be no other possible explanation for them being in Congress.
The other two ethereal equestrians, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ayanna Pressley, are simply American born nincompoop’s brainwashed in the Progressive style, who don’t even take the trouble to understand the basic rules of economics that fund any country’s growth and prosperity, or the rules of decency that should make society work smoothly. Trump understands the rules and he baits them shamelessly.
Lazy thinkers, like the crop of Marxists snowflakes that daily amuse us with their whining, simply believe that taxes snatched from the coffers of the greedy 1% of Americas wealth creators, and the pittance extracted from the wallets of working class people, will help them ‘invest’ in their promises of free education, free health care and free housing for all, as well as a free monthly check to cover expenses. When a Democrat says they will “invest” they mean they’ll not be spending their money, but ours. That’s the Socialist Utopia in a nutshell. I love the thought of Utopia. I fondly remember an old song sung by balladeer Burl Ives called the ‘Big Rock Candy Mountains. Now that was utopia…but we instinctively knew it didn’t exist!
The Democrat Progressives and the Muslim jihadists now come together as one but, only to the point of overthrowing, either violently or by stealth, the United States of America. If and when they arrive at that point, i.e.: the defeat of America, the Jihadists will then become the crocodile Winston Churchill warned us of, and will eat the Progressives last. But eat ‘em they will because, Progressives live and rule by their feelings while Jihadists live and rule by the Qur’an!
Presently, America, founded on the Constitutional principles of freedom, independence and representative government, lies as an inconvenient truth to the fractured Democrat party because the Constitution inhibits them from acting on their feelings. To the adherents of Islam, the Constitution has no meaning at all except when it can be used to advance their demands for inclusion, or claim they are victims of islamaphobia and hate crimes.
To all muslims everywhere, nothing, absolutely nothing supplants the Prophet Mohammad, the Qur’an and Shariah law. Nothing, Period!!! When called upon, all muslims will react as the Qur’an directs as they are doing now all over Europe, the Middle-east and non- muslim Africa.
Has anybody considered that these Four Horsewomen of the Apocalypse, or the Gang of Four as you like, could really do the legislative damage they are doing to Congress by themselves? Naw! The four are really slaves in the political harem that is run by, wait for it – a man! Yes, Saikat Chakrabarti. His family is wealthy and he uses their money to fund Alex Ocasio Cortez’s campaign. He set’s the agenda and her talking points. The Green New Deal is his. He fronts a group called “A Brand New Congress” with the explicit aim of ridding Congress of old white Americans and repopulate it with radicals. His prime target is Nancy Pelosi. Other Democrat Representatives have called for AOC to reign him in. She can’t. He’s the one in charge. He calls the shots and the harem slaves will do what they’re told.

What Does the Future Bode?
The 116th Congress has been sworn in; it’s leadership in serious doubt and its mission, from the Democrat standpoint, confused. It will be a contentious two years. Nancy Pelosi’s place in history, despite the fact she’s’ a dedicated unAmerican Progressive bordering on dementia, is secure. History will reflect she was the first Female House Speaker and the first female elected twice to that position. To be kind to her true but sad legacy, commendations will end there.
Our federal government stands exposed for what it really is, a criminal enterprise operating under the auspices of big business, big government, big banks and, war; always ready for war. That drives the fear that keeps government in operation. All is protected by the now exposed corrupted apparatus of the Deep State, the IRS, the DoJ and the FBI.”
We must seriously forget thinking in terms of Republican vs. Democrat but in terms of ‘Them vs Us,’ us being the “deplorable’s” they so desperately want to rule over. Romney’s recent op-ed remarks made that perfectly clear. Is he one of them or one of us? He’s as corrupt as the rest of ‘em! Romney focused on form and style not a word on what needs to be done. The American people see Trump for exactly what he is, a do’er who does what he said and gets the things done that needed to be done, like reversing the Progressive agenda the Left labors to preserve.
With political corruption comes the seeds of elitism, implanted into politician who, because he or she has been re-elected time and time again assumes they are better than the voters who put them there and deserve, because of their longevity, to retain the reins of power, even to the point of denying their election losses. That’s why Nancy Pelosi is House Speaker again, despite being a near dimwit, and why she has come to believe she stands as a co-equal with President Trump, clear evidence of her oncoming dementia.
Presently, the Nancy Pelosi refuses to fund a secure border. Five billion dollars funds our government for a day, but naturally, to do so would be giving a political victory to Trump and that they can’t abide. She’s trying to dampen down Democrat talks of “impeachment” because there is noting there to impeach him for. They’ll wait for the Mueller Report, which I predict will be a twenty pound tome of unprovable BS that Democrats will use to halt all legislative progress.
The new Congress, filled with young new Democrats, poses a problem. The fake news media focuses on the loudest, most flamboyant and really, the stupidest of the new members, Socialist all, who rant on about issues and policies that will never leave the House, let alone be considered in the Senate. The political stalemate is quickly degenerating into a carnival side show for entertainment purposes only. No legislation can possibly come from that quarter.
But also, amongst the newly minted Democrat congressperson’s are CIA and military combat veterans. Why they are Democrats remains a mystery, but the ones I’ve heard speak have not been tainted with the poison of socialism and actually fit better into the old Democrat party’s demographics we once knew and loved so well. I thought I heard a Scoop Jackson today!
But, alas, the House still has its old, decrepit, ignorant, intellectual illuminaries like Maxine Waters to chair the House Finance Committee, Hank, “won’t the Island tip over” Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee and a few others who, because of their notoriety, or is it possibly their stupidity, find microphones shoved into their faces so they can pontificate on how awful Trump is. It’s time to rearrange our priorities, especially if the GOP intends to remain a viable political party. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em.
